Masala of India (Northgate)

I went to Masala of India to enjoy some Indian food. This place is wonderful, it has a brand new interior and free parking, not to mention some amazing gluten free food. Indian food is traditionally gluten free, as most of the meals are stews over basmati rice. Indian food is also great to share family style.

Here is a list of the items we shared: (All gluten free)

Butter Chicken: Pieces of chicken seared in the Tandoori over, then braised in a creamy tomato sauce with nuts. Includes Basmati Rice
Lamb Saag: Lamb cooked with indian spices and fresh spinach.
Chicken Tikka Masala: Boneless chicken, barbecued in the Tandoori over, then cooked in a sauce of tomato and onion. Includes Basmati Rice

Check out Masala of India and let me know what you think.

Evaluation:

Masala of India = Good

- Needs better labeling: The menu does not indicate whether foods are gluten-freet and the staff doesn't speak english very well so they were not helpful. If you are extremely sensitive to gluten, I would stay away from this place.
