Veraci Pizza (Ballard)

I have been to Veraci's many times to enjoy their ultra-thin crust gluten free wood-fired pizza. It is probably the best thin crust gluten free wood-fired pizza in town, but it is still no New York Style pizza.
Their gluten free pizza is tasty, has great crunch, and good texture. The sauce to cheese ratio is just right and they don't skimp on the toppings. Most recently, I order a large gluten free pepperoni and mushroom pizza and enjoyed it with some friends.

The thing about thin crust pizza is that you can eat more slices than you would a regular crust pizza. Which is okay if you don't mind spending a little more for the large or extra large pizza.

Veraci Pizza is my go-to pizza place in town! Try it out and let me know what you think!
500 NW Market Street, Ballard (206) 525-1813

Evaluation:

Veraci Pizza = GOOD!
- one of the downsides to thin crust pizza is that it gets cold very quickly.
- worth the extra cost for the gluten free crust.
